Student complex “Campus Vlissingen” is both a renovation project and a new construction project, consisting 258 student rooms that are provided of all comfort. Each studio has their own bathroom (with shower, sink, toilet) and kitchen (stove, hood, fridge with freezer).
Every studio has its own house number, so you can apply for rent benefit.
The rent price starts at €510 and is all-inclusive: electricity, gas, water, internet, green maintenance, heating, concierge, … exclusive city taxes.
The campus is situated central and very quiet. The district has good connections to the roads of Vlissingen and is also well served by public transport. The project is at bicycle distance from the city centre, the HZ University of Applied Sciences and Scalda, a high school in the Netherlands for fulltime and part-time HBO courses and practice-oriented research.
There is a possibility to buy or rent furniture (sofa, desk, desk chair, bed with mattress and closet). Besides that, there is a spacy bicycle basement and an above-ground car parking.
